I want to have an 800 day tomorrow. But it’s so hard when I’m at work surrounded by food all day :(

Breakfast:

1 slice wheat bread w/ apple jelly - 95 cal

Snack:

homemade cranberry orange muffin - 99 cal

Lunch:

ham, cheese, avocado sandwich on wheat - 367 cal

Snack:

plum - 30 cal

total so far - 591

And I also went for a swim and did an ab workout. Could have done without the muffin, but today might be alright. :)

I just want to get back to school where I have a gym to go to for free.

20 days till I’m climbing Long’s Peak. This is it. Time to get in shape!

Miles in June: 23

That’s only about a mile a day. I slacked.

I hardcore slacked.

I’m so disgusted with myself right now.

Goal for the month is 60. Not hard at all. :)

We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.

513 cal so far today.

Getting lots done around the house.

Feeling a little better.

Why have I lost my self control

Decent day. Got high with friends from high school. played with their 50,000 cats. Ok, it was a little better than decent.

WHY DO MY TEXTS POST DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR

Feeling very sick today.

But I just picked up some prints and they actually turned out well. That makes it a little better.

You are sitting on the earth and you realize that this earth deserves you and you deserve this earth. You are there—fully, personally, genuinely.
