I don’t want this to become a weight loss blog. But it’s a big part of what I’m going through right now, so I’m including it here.
Two years ago I had a rule that if I went over 112 I would stop eating until I was back on track. Everything I did and thought was related to food. But, I was incredibly happy with my weight.
Then, college. From halfway through my senior year of high school to the end of my freshman year of college, I went up to 139 pounds.
If I can get back to 120 this summer, with more muscle, I’ll be overjoyed.
